Refund Policy

Because our cotton candy and treats are freshly made food products, all sales are final once an order has shipped or been delivered.

We do not accept returns on edible items.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Your order is incorrect

  • Your order does not arrive

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@froggyssweetsntreats.com and include your order number and a photo if applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
